PROJECT OVERVIEW
About the project
The VERS Digital Signage Management CMS is a remote operations platform built to centrally manage video content and playback schedules for large displays installed across exhibition halls, commercial facilities, media walls, and other venues. Administrators can upload video files for each venue, organize content into playlists, and use a calendar-based scheduler to automatically play selected content at specified dates and times. During operation, playback, pause, stop, skip, and black-screen commands can be controlled in real time from the admin interface. Coordinate-based resolution and positioning settings enable content to be displayed at the correct size and location across ultra-large media walls composed of multiple screens and panoramic displays. Large video files are synchronized with on-site playback devices for stable playback with less dependence on network conditions. Device status, current playlists, schedule execution, and operational history for each venue can be monitored from a single screen. Separate permissions for accounts and venues enable secure management of multiple operators and installation sites. The platform integrates every essential signage operation—from content registration and display configuration to automated playback and real-time control—into a single system.
